My new mixer and and rack case came today. The mounting bracket for the mixer looked like something got dropped on it so it wasn't quite square when it came out of the box but a little careful bending got it back into the proper shape. Everything got installed easily though mic cable in the mixer is very tight but nothing I am too worried about. And the drawer is awesome! I can fit all my equipment into the drawer meaning just one box is all I need to get everything I need into the venue. My only complaint is that it is a little heavy. Which really translates to Ryan is weak and needs to exercise more!

I have recently purchased a new, four channel mixer with build in effects so I am looking to sell my Ecler NUO 3. If any of you know someone looking for a mixer this is an EXCELLENT piece of hardware. I am not getting rid of it because it is not a good piece of kit but because I am looking for something with another channel and rack mountable.

The mix is less than 8 months old and is in very good condition. I still have all the original packaging and manuals, including the packing slip, so you will have everything you need including some time left on the warranty is something does go wrong. The NUO 3 goes for about $550 new so I am looking to get $400 for it but I am willing to listen to any reasonable offer.

That is all that is between me and a much need week off. I can feel my body and mind being ground down. I am exhausted o the point that I simply didn't have the energy to go out and see Cyanotic, Bella Morte and 16 Volt last night. I had the money but no energy to deal with the noise and the people. Instead I came home and went to bed early and slept a good 10 hours. At least it is only three more days to vacation.

How many of you would be interested in a monthly or twice a month LARP if I set one up. It would be in a similar vein to how I did things when I ran ADO/ORC. Large, oversweeping plot with the idea of getting people swept up in something larger than themselves. It would not be with WoD rules or the WoD setting though it would be focused around vampires and some similar themes.

Please respond below. I want to get a big crowd for the game but if the interest is not there I will not proceed beyond what I have already come up with.

On the list of happy Monday - how fucking weird is that - Shattered Glass Playground got back to me. They are a indy band from Florida that I stumbled upon so I emailed them to see if they had an album to purchase. Sadly they don't. Instead they send me a few MP3s so I can play them next time I DJ! :)
